What You'll Do:
Apply your mechanical expertise to maintaining a high-speed can manufacturing line
Perform preventive maintenance to ensure manufacturing equipment reliability.
Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and modify all industrial mechanical systems
Use precision measuring tools to work with close tolerances up to .0010
Work with management to improve work area, safety, quality, cost, and productivity.
We Need You To Have:
High school diploma or GED.
2 or more years of experience as an industrial mechanic.
A can do, will do attitude.
A desire to operate and maintain Silgan's high-speed industrial can lines by performing and documenting quality checks and measurements.
