What will you do?


  • Train, support, and supervise a team of quality inspectors/testers.

  • Participate in continuous improvement projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

  • Prioritize job flow into test to ensure safe, quality products and prepare production reports regularly.

  • Participate in Safety, Schneider Production System (SPS), and ISO audits, ensuring timely completion of action items.

  • Analyze failures, develop root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions in response to customer complaints.


What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

  • Experience in reading and interpreting part drawings and strong troubleshooting skills.

  • Proficiency in creating Pareto charts and 8D reports.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Electronic/Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

  • 3 years of QA experience

  • 3 plus years of team supervisory experience.
