Job Description:

Location: Cromwell, CT

Salary: $65,000.00 USD Annually - $75,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Our client is currently seeking a HYBRID Scientist/Geologist


•40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER Training


•5+ direct experience in field consulting for retail petroleum, bulk petroleum storage, chlorinated sites, industrial sites, landfills, superfund sites, brownfields


•Groundwater sampling (bailer/low flow/passive diffusion bag)


•Prefer - Soil sampling a plus (drilling/subcontractor oversight)


•Prefer - UST removal oversight; remedial soil excavation oversight


•Prefer - Phase I ASTM assessments - field and reporting


•Prefer - Some knowledge / experience with the state regulations Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP) 310 CMR 40.000


•Prefer - Some knowledge / experience with the CT, RI, VT, ME and/or NH state regulations


•Prefer - Some knowledge / experience with Massachusetts 21j UST Cleanup Reimbursement Fund
