As a Program Manager you will:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Program Manager to lead and manage our organization's IT programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple IT projects within the organization. The IT Program Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders, including IT teams, business units, and external partners, to ensure the successful implementation of strategic IT initiatives.
Program Leadership
Develop and lead the overall IT program strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
Provide leadership and guidance to project managers and cross-functional teams throughout the program lifecycle.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
Program Planning and Execution
Develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource requirements
Monitor and track program progress against key milestones and deliverables.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact the successful delivery of the program.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and prioritize program requirements.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with business units, IT teams, and external partners.
Communicate program updates, status reports, and key decisions to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Resource Management
Allocate and manage resources efficiently to ensure the successful execution of program activities.
Work closely with project managers to identify and address resource gaps or constraints.
Quality Assurance
Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT solutions.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess program performance.
Budget Oversignt
Develop and manage the program budget, ensuring effective use of resources and adherence to financial
Provide regular updates on budget status and financial forecasting
Change Management
Lead change management efforts associated with IT programs, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption of new technologies or processes
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in program management
Proven stakeholder management skills
Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and software development processes
In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
Knowledge of Recruiting or HRMS or ERP domain is helpful
Education & experience:
Experience: 12-20 Years
Bachelor's degree in engineering/MCA/MBA
Five or more years of experience in IT program management role or in a similar leadership role
10+ years of experience in Agile or Waterfall development methodologies
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is a plus

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS: Pay Range*: USD- 125,000 - USD - 147,000 Per Year *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
