A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.


Position type: Full-time Contract

Duration: 12 months

Location: Atlanta, GA


As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will:

  • Responsible for the accurate, timely, and efficient administration of company required fingerprint application and submittal, I-9 review and submittal, various administrative tasks, and FAA/DOT mandated drug and alcohol testing for safety sensitive employees.

  • Responsible for certifying each drug and alcohol test in accordance with the procedures established in the U.S. Department of Transportation regulation, 49 CFR Part 40 & Part 120.

  • Conduct pre-employment drug screens for employees transferring into safety sensitive positions.

  • Responsible for under limiting situations, must be willing to conduct same-gender direct observations of specimen production as required by federal law.

  • Responsible for handling sensitive and confidential information. Follow and adhere to regulatory requirements when sanitizing drug testing areas, as well as collecting and shipping specimens, to ensure safety of donor and collector, and avoid cross contamination.

  • Responsible for serving as liaison to employees being tested including escorting/directing them to testing facility and educating/answering questions about the testing process and overall program.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Minimum of high school diploma/GED or equivalency required.

  • Experience in performing essential functions of the job to accomplish fingerprinting and drug testing requirements.

  • Prior customer service experience is preferred.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $20.00 - $22.60 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
