Great opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to support a construction team. As the Administrative Assistant, you'll will assist with preparing reports, answering phones, assist the project manager and support special projects. To be successful in this role, you must have strong communication skills, be a team player, have great computer skills and enjoy working in a purpose driven environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage phones and direct calls accordingly
Assist with various reports, log and track data
Support special projects, report and programs as needed
Construction support experience helpful
Job Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of administrative assistant or front desk experience in a construction environment
Intermediate proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel
Immediate availability for temporary to hire role
