Purpose:
The Business Analytics Analyst II is responsible for creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and insights within Alteryx, and Tableau to provide insightful business recommendations. This position will collaborate with customers to identify opportunities, develop dashboards, create insights, track processes and results through data analysis.
Job Responsibilities:
• Create, modify, maintain and schedule dashboards and workflows using various report writing tools.
• Identify areas of potential business risk and communicate to appropriate leaders
• Make recommendations for necessary changes on varying projects and processes.
• Identify customer requirements, review testing plans, track and document development/results.
• Analyze data to provide insightful and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders including IT to address system upgrades, issues, and project related tasks as assigned.
• Ability to perform complex root cause analysis to resolve potential workflow and database issues.
Job Requirements:
Education/Certification:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline or relevant IT experience.
Experience:
• 3-6 years of experience with Alteryx and Tableau.
• 3-6 years of relevant analytics and/or reporting experience.
• 3-6 years of experience with ETL's, Database structure, etc.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• Knowledge of assigned specific software system or application.
• Knowledge in Data Analytics and the ability to create data models.

• Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available.
Work Environment:
Remote Role:
• This position is classified as remote where the associate will perform remote work from their primary residence. Remote associates are welcome to work from the office but are not required to do so. While remote associates are not required to work from an office on a regular basis, they may be required to come to the office or other UNFI locations for necessary business reasons or if directed to do so by their manager.
