THIS IS A NIGHT SHIFT POSITION: 2:00 PM - 2:30 AM
Accountabilities:
- Operate processing equipment according to established SOPs, MPRs, & SPRs in accordance with cGMPs. Related operations include but are not limited to solution preparation, cell culture, purification & formulation, and supporting activities.
- Serve as a qualified trainer on-the-floor.
- Follow and implement cGMP documentation.
- Maintain qualifications in Production Technician duties.
- Apply Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Contribute to problem-solving activities and troubleshooting for non-routine activities on the production floor.
- Lead indirect processing activities in support of MFG operations.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned or identified.
- Respect and support AstraZeneca's values and behaviors.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- 0-1 years experience with Bachelors, >1 year with Associates, >2 years with High School Diploma
- Ability to work independently or in collaboration with others on assigned tasks
- Ability to follow cGMP standards
- Must possess computer skills
- Ability to follow instructions and directions
- Prior experience with aseptic/cGMP standards
- Prior experience in Bioprocessing work environment/systems/equipment operation
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- BS/BA degree preferred
- Degree in STEM field
