Responsibilities:
Oversee civil/structural and mechanical projects from inception to completion.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
Coordinate with federal governmental facilities for various construction needs including demolition, hazardous material removal, and mechanical piping.
Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in construction management, particularly in heavy industrial and government projects, is a plus.
Strong knowledge of civil/structural and mechanical construction practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
