Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 base pay plus benefits
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Superintendent to lead K-12 construction projects from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience managing K-12 projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of K-12 construction projects, from inception through completion.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
Manage and mentor on-site construction teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders.
Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
5 to 8 years of experience in commercial construction, specifically with K-12 projects.
Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
