Compensation Range
Hourly: $25.70 - $44.70 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)
About This Job
This role serves as a business, technology and systems liaison, solutions consultant, and technical relationship manager with internal business lines and external clients and vendors to develop, support and implement technical solutions for Merchant Service clients and Acquiring Processing needs. The BLSA will work with clients at various levels (bookkeepers to C-level) to review, analyze, and evaluate business processes, systems, technology requirements, and user needs to help determine the most effective and efficient merchant processing solution(s).
Essential Functions
Serve as a business and systems resource, implementing technical solutions to business needs
Utilize systems to generate reports and develop and produce requested reports
Collect data and updates systems information via manual input or upload
Assist leadership with various systems projects as requested
Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs
Document business and systems requirements, define scope and objectives, translate requirements into specifications, and formulate systems to reflect business unit strategies
Provide support, consultation, and recommendations to business teams in resolving technical problems
Monitor systems and databases for functionality and availability to users, troubleshoot, and respond to user inquiries
Research, analyze, assist with the design, testing, and implementation of applications, sometimes working in cooperation with our internal CBI I/S departments & vendors
Act as the Project Manager for small to medium sized projects that include implementation of Contact Center software, mergers, acquisitions, as well as other initiatives
Provide consulting and client support as needed
Participate in implementations by collecting specific requirements used to configure product offering. Configurations include: gathering requirements, testing application functionality based upon business rules, importing/exporting file speculations and delivery methods, setting up users and other related tasks
Some travel may be required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Basic knowledge of SQL, SharePoint, and Business Objects
Basic knowledge of creating reports in Business Objects
Basic knowledge of file transfer protocol and practices, and telecom/line connectivity configurations preferred
Strong relationship building skills with the ability to work effectively with a variety of team members
Demonstrated decision making, analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as technical aptitude
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
Advance level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio Teams and Outlook
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Business Management, Computer Information Systems, or related area or equivalent combination of education and work experience required
BLSA level I or level II dependent on years of related business system analyst experience
2+ years experience in Systems Analyst role developing systems in support of sales analysis and reporting
Experience with generating reports via databases such as Access and SalesForce
Knowledge of basic troubleshooting and application support preferred
