Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a U.S. Services Training Specialist in Dallas, TX, responsible for developing the knowledge and skills of members of Schneider Electric's workforce, thereby allowing them to meet the company's current and future business objectives:


  • Develop, coordinate, and perform Field Servicce Representative training and qualification plans in order to maximize Schneider Electric's business opportunities and increase service reliability while lowering response time to customers.

  • Provide maintenance and operation training on Secure Power equipment

  • Drive KPIs as defined by management to maximize Service goals to identify weaknesses and make corrections to training delivery in order to enhance Service delivery.

  • Train Field Service Representatives

  • Partners on administration processes and field service reporting requirements.

  • Work independently and collaborate with team members

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?


  • 5 years industry experience with electrical distribution systems and equipment.

  • Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience working with Secure Power equipment processes for testing and validating product installations.

  • Demonstrated training knowledge and expertise with the system, structures and processes required to perform job tasks for the products assigned to you.

  • Facilitation skills combined with the ability to negotiate successfully to the benefit of the organization

  • Strong presentation and communication skills (written and oral) are required

  • Ability to identify, monitor, report and track key metrics for successful training

  • Demonstrate the capability to autonomously prepare, manage and conduct training classes without supervision. Plan and execute projects independently

  • Demonstrate the ability to complete projects on time in an urgent manner. This includes professional follow-through along with attention to detail
