JOB DESCRIPTIONJob title:GCT TECHNICIANShift: 12 hours; Night Shift PositionSummary/Objective:Assigned Toolset Ownership forproviding preventive maintenance, repairs, Work Order tickets on-demand support and tool setups with known tool operations.Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:
Performs scheduled Preventative Maintenance.
Assists with Tool Setups/Repairs.
Assists with supporting setups, on demand service support, processing knowledge, and first line of defense for Work Order support for Wet & Dry processing in the GCT fabrication cleanrooms.Wet includes: Plating, Etching, Final Finish, CMP processes with chemical make-ups.Dry include: PVD, Screen Printing, Ovens, Cure Ovens, Robots, Litho processes.
Assists with maintaining all PM System, Work Order Tickets, Tool Calibration, Camline, Building Maintenance System dashboard, Cleanroom Particle Counts and RCRA Hazardous Waste.
Performs repairs as needed and where capable on all Toolset Related items.
Participates routinely on all waste collection and recyclable collection tasks.
Maintain facilities to enable associates to support overall Customer Service needs by focusing on building safety and cleanliness.
Helps create and manage Spare Parts and Preventive Maintenance Documentation
Communicate and work with 3rdparty vendors and contractors for purchased equipment maintenance.

3 - 5 Years Experience in a maintenance or similar position.
Experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting is required.
Ability to troubleshoot and adjust machine programs.
Experience working in Class 7 or Class 8 Cleanroom is preferred.
Must be able to lift 40 lbs. from floor to waist with full use of extremities.
Ability to service electrical, mechanical, and plumbing needs of manufacturing equipment.
Prior certification or training in forklift operation, OSHA, and hazardous materials safety.
Must be open to being in high-noise environments periodically during normal shift hours.
Preferred Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Vocational or Technical Education is desired.
Training required:
On the job training as appropriate.
