Position Title:Sr Product Manager (Individual & Family Plan)
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ month Contract
Key Responsibilities:
Review market dynamics and evaluate competitor plan offerings.
Create state/market-specific portfolios that comply with federal Actuarial Value (AV) and Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) requirements.
Drive the end-to-end plan design development process by strategizing with partners, conducting market research, and building portfolios based on national and local strategies while adhering to all regulatory and actuarial guidelines.
Execute annual local market strategy development, product deployment, and regulatory filing of all plans and products within assigned states, under the direction of the Regional Product Director.
Develop and manage QHP and state-level documentation throughout the filing and objection process with 100% accuracy for assigned markets.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of the IFP market and Affordable Care Act (ACA)
Experience in health plan product development (not IT or app development)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Ability to read and understand federal and state regulations
Strong communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly to changes in work direction and manage ambiguity
