Description:

Our client is seeking a Scrum Master/Technical Product Owner for the Pathfinders Scrum Team. The role involves collaborating with the business and scrum team, leading daily scrum calls, creating and onboarding project teams, facilitating communication and information exchange between external groups and the project team, monitoring project progress, providing timely feedback, and fostering a culture of agility and learning. Responsibilities also include gathering requirements, refining capabilities, writing features, and creating user stories for the OCM2.0 Grievances/Sanctions Product.



Skills:

• Certified Scrum Master and Product Owner with 8-10 years of experience.
• Strong communication skills with different project stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Experience in managing the product backlog.
• Strong decision-making abilities.
• Excellent collaboration and leadership skills.

Agile-Specific Skills:

Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks.

Backlog Management: Ability to maintain and refine the product backlog.

Story Writing: Skill in writing clear, concise, and testable user stories.

Acceptance Criteria: Ability to define clear acceptance criteria for user stories.

Iteration Planning: Participation in sprint planning and estimation.
