The Kroger Spring Internship Program is a 15 week immersive experience that offers students an opportunity to grow their careers through a variety of focused internship assignments.

Doctor of Pharmacy degree candidates and Business degree candidates must be actively pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university with a preferred GPA of 3.0

Support initiatives of the Health and Wellness division that will simplify healthcare by creating solutions that combine health, wellness, and nutrition to connect with our customers on an emotional and personal level. Collaborate with corporate management to execute the company's strategic plans and priorities internally. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety. Intern will a finite program design and/or business case relative to enhancement of Pharmacy Procurement strategy. Intern may assist in Pharmacy Procurement integration tasks following pending corporate merger.
Complete assigned projects and tasks related to specific Health and Wellness initiatives
Partner with business associates to assist with various projects in support of corporate strategies
Maintain and follow operational procedures and processes
Participate in weekly/monthly department meetings
Assist in the development of business enhancing strategies
Participate in intern programs that support business administration and leadership development within the organization
