We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to introduce top-notch candidates to our company. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with hiring leaders to determine job requirements, then developing a recruitment plan to source and screen candidates for open roles. You will guide candidates through the interviewing process and ensure each candidate has an outstanding interview experience. An essential component of your work will be building relationships with business leaders as well as industry talent to effectively address both short-term and long-term staffing needs.
This role will be working to promote the Group 1001 brand through recruitment initiatives, attending career events where needed, and supporting ongoing marketing of open opportunities. Your ability to think of innovative ways to attract talent will be critical to success in this role.

Responsibilities:
Partner with leaders to determine hiring needs then develop selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for open roles.
Employ creative methods to source and attract potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, and social platforms.
Support high volume hiring and deliver effectively on deadline driven hiring efforts.
Monitor hiring processes via electronic Applicant Tracking System.
Evaluate applications and screen candidates through conducting in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted applicants.
Guide top candidates through the interview process to ensure their experience throughout the process is exceptional.
Prepare and deliver offer documentation to winning candidates, then support their initial onboarding experience, where needed.
Foster good relationships with potential candidates as well as past applicants to develop a pipeline of future talent in anticipation of business growth.
Attend career fair and university partnership events to market open opportunities to potential talent.
Participate in project efforts focused on improving processes and procedures and stay abreast of industry trends.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or a related field. Experience in lieu of education will be considered.
2-5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant/Recruiter, or similar.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday experience is ideal.
Knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants, e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and make recommendations.
Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates to build future talent pipelines.
High degree of discernment to keep sensitive information private.
Ability to support high volume hiring and deliver effectively on deadlines.
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

This is a hybrid position based out of our Zionsville, IN, office located at 10555 Group 1001 Way. All candidates must be local to the Indianapolis metro area and willing to commute to that office on a regular basis.
