A day in the life.
As a Senior Client Manager on our Employee Health & Benefits team, your main focus will be providing advanced client service and ensuring the smooth implementation and management of client accounts. You'll be the go-to person for resolving complex issues related to claim resolution, billing, and eligibility, and you'll make sure the benefits consultants are always in the loop. Your input in market strategy discussions and proactive requests for benchmarking data will play a key role in shaping our approach. When it comes to the marketing process, you'll take the lead, ensuring that all RFP documents are accurately gathered and exploring negotiation opportunities. Your role will also involve driving carrier negotiations and overseeing the implementation of technology solutions, making sure our clients experience a seamless transition and that client expectations are exceeded. Your knack for preparing client presentations, developing meeting agendas, and coordinating important plan documents will be highly valued, as you navigate the enrollment process from start to finish. And of course, you'll collaborate with compliance resources to ensure everything is in line with regulations. You'll have the confidence and ability to drive client strategy and directly interact with decision-makers. At the end of the day, your dedication to exceptional client service, driving strategic initiatives, and successful client account management will truly make a difference in your role and our client experience.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
Working knowledge of risk management techniques, including Employee Health and Benefits markets and marketing techniques
Deep understanding of various funding mechanisms and ability to share knowledge with a variety of stakeholders
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
5-7 years of experience in Benefits or HR preferred
Life & Health License or ability to obtain within 90 days

The applicable base salary range for this role is $74,700.00 to $119,600.00. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
