As Sr. Manager, Business Analysis & Insights, you'll be a key contributor to the ongoing success of our eCommerce site content strategy.
You'll make an impact by:
Provide thorough data analysis to support strategic business decisions by identifying ongoing analytical needs, creating standardized reports, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop consistent, actionable data-driven strategies.
Lead the development of business performance dashboards, delivering actionable insights on site content performance, customer engagement, and conversion metrics. Ensure reporting is both insightful and tailored to business objectives.
Establish measurable KPIs to track site performance and identify areas of opportunity. Drive initiatives to improve the customer experience and boost overall site effectiveness.
Create and implement strategies to meet and exceed KPI targets, such as customer click-through rates, add-to-cart actions, and content-attributed revenue. Present performance results to senior leadership on a weekly basis.
Work closely with cross-functional partners and leadership teams, gaining buy-in through clear communication and effective presentations of content strategies.
Build interactive, automated dashboards and reports using Tableau, and provide training to business partners on their use for self-service analysis, empowering teams with the tools to perform their own data explorations.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
