This individual will be responsible for developing and evaluating equity, debt and preferred capital-raising solutions. Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new traditional and non-traditional bank investors, and potential industry equity partners, globally and advising executives through capital formation alternatives.
This individual will coordinate closely with the CFO and the VP Treasurer and Investor Relations to develop and evaluate accretive financing alternatives and strategies for various growth initiatives.Minimum requirements:

Education:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. MBA preferrable.
A minimum of ten (10) years direct work experience in a similar type of role may be considered as a substitute for a degree.
Experience/Specific Knowledge:
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in commercial, operational, financial, legal or transactional roles with exposure to the energy sector.
Strong experience developing educational narrative on complex topics within alternative investments.
Expert proficiency level in MS Office applications that may include but are not limited to: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Certifications, Licenses & Registrations:
Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and a driving record satisfactory to the company and its insurers (for travel).
