The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Developer is responsible for the configuration and customization of the enterprise-wide CRM solution. The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Developer will work with the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Analyst and Department (CRM) Analysts on future enhancements to the CRM solution, ensuring that the CRM solution meets business needs.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
Data Integration: Build or configure system / data integrations for the CRM solution.
Workflow Development: Develop custom workflows in the CRM solution.
Software Configuration: Perform complex configurations / customizations to modify existing functionality of the CRM solution.
Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot complex workflows for the CRM solution.
Auditing: Audit CRM design solutions created by other CRM team members.
Testing: Participate in the preparation of test plans and test cases for configurations / customizations to the CRM solution.
Vendor Interaction: Interact with the CRM Vendor (Creatio) and the CRM Implementation Partner (Solutions Metrix).
