We are seeking a Tableau and Data Cloud Architect and Subject Matter Expert with a deep knowledge of Tableau as well as experience with Salesforce Data Cloud who can play a key role in our Business Transformation Services Division. This person will be responsible for building capabilities within Simplus for Tableau CRM and Data Cloud.
Job Duties:
Responsible for building Tableau capabilities for Simplus focused on Tableau CRM, Einstein Analytics, and Data Cloud, utilizing the benefits of data-driven decision-making capabilities of , Salesforce Tableau components and AI capabilities of Salesforce
Work directly with the project team to analyze, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes
Subject matter expertise of Salesforce Einstein platform as well as Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud
Advise on solutions that adhere to platform best practices and perform peer code reviews
Typical Einstein implementations include custom platform development (SAQL, JSON), Dataflow and Binding solutions
Mapping functional requirements to Salesforce features and functionality
Conduct functional requirement sessions with End users
Understand/Gather Analytics requirements and Identify product requirements for future enhancements
Lead the development team on best practices to develop dashboards
Develop, maintain and perform processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity in platform applications
Configure Data Sources to extract data from disparate sources
Minimum of 7 years' Tableau CRM/Einstein Analytics experience
Deep experience in Data and AI custom services sales or consulting engaging with Global Fortune 2000 customers
Deep expertise in all Tableau capabilities of Tableau Cloud Enterprise, Tableau+, or Tableau Server Enterprise, Data Management, VizQL, Tableau Pulse
Deep expertise in all Tableau components of Data Management, Data Integration, Business Intelligence, Data Visualizations, AI Augmented Analytics,
Subject matter expertise in advanced analytics and advisory experience in AI driven insights, and decisions frameworks
Deep expertise in relational database concepts and data modeling, BI concepts, ETL and Data Integration
Deep knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, Machine Learning Ops, Data Engineering, and/or Data Science, Data & AI market and trends, specifically interested in the GenAI movement
Experience in Pre-Sales, and proposal development and presentation
Should identify and characterize business issues, while demonstrating a measurable value to the customers, partners and stakeholders
Take accountability of scope and plan underlying analyses that will yield critical answers to the questions at hand. Understand the required data to complete the analysis and procure them accordingly. Analyze data and translate findings into meaningful insights and recommendations
Responsibility to communicate effectively and succinctly, both verbally and on paper, and across all levels of an organization. The ideal candidate excels in client relationships/communication and possesses the executive presence to influence appropriate senior stakeholders

This is a full-time position from home (remotely) or in our SLC, Utah headquarters. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
