Position type: Full-time Contract(W2)

Duration: 13 Months

Location: Charlotte North Carolina 28202 (3 days onsite/2 wfh)


As a Systems Operations Engineer, you will:
Provide technical and operational expertise needed to develop consumable and actionable metrics.
Create and develop accurate consistent messaging that can address several key areas
Define the team messaging for delivery down across and up the Technology team.
Reduce complex events into senior leader consumable detail
Utilize tools like PowerPoint to consolidate the team story to include successes value add opportunities for automation.
Create visually appealing and effective presentations that convey information ideas or data.
Stakeholder engagement: Assessing the impact of communications on stakeholders and engaging them as needed - Project Management/Team building skills - Technical writing: Creating technical documentation such as tutorials and organization systems that are clear concise and valuable to consumers Skills- PowerBI, Tableau Advance

The ideal candidate will have:
Project Management/Team building, Stakeholder engagement, technical writing, PowerBI, Tableau Advance , PowerPoint.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $65-$70 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
