Job Description:

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Inventory Management Support.

Position type: Full-time - Contract
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Location: Salt Lake City, UT

As a Inventory Management Support, you will:

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all incoming shipments, verifying merchandise, and ensuring accurate record-keeping of all received goods.

  • Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, record shortages, and reject damaged goods.

  • Unpack and route goods to appropriate storage areas.

  • Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control.

  • Can do basic computer skills, email, word & excel.

  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.

  • Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to resolve discrepancies.

  • Comply with company policies and legal guidelines.

  • Assist in other warehouse duties as needed.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in a receiving role or similar position. 2 to 3 years experience

  • Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.

  • Good organizational and time-management skills.

  • Current forklift license.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic computer skills and inventory software skills.

  • Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $17 - $19 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
