This position is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the refrigeration systems while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
Must be willing to learn Tyson SAP software to make work orders and fill out the daily documentation that is required in the system.
Must be willing to use math as needed to make work related computations for machinery, fluid capacities, etc.
Must be willing to lift up to 70 lbs occasionally and be able to work on your feet, moving throughout the facility for a period of 12 hours
Must be willing to work in temperatures ranging from about -10F through about 110F occasionally
Must be willing to complete all required training for the job.
Other Duties: Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on electric pallet moving equipment. Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on Industrial Refrigeration systems. Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building and grounds. Perform preventative maintenance on batteries, battery chargers, battery racks, and carts as needed. Train in Hazmat and safety procedures and be respirator certified. Other duties as assigned.

Refrigeration Maintenance positions require that you the following:
EXPERIENCE: 1 YEAR OF INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE OR AMNONIA REFRIGERATION MAINTENANCE PREFERRED.
Other Requirements: Applicant must live in one of the following counties to be considered: AR: Washington, Madison, Benton. MO: McDonald.
MUST HAVE WORKED 3 OUT OF THE LAST 6 MONTHS WITH SAME EMPLOYER, FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE PREFERRED. APPLICANTS MUST LIVE IN 1 OF THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES TO BE CONSIDERED IN AR: WASHINGTON, MADISON, BENTON, MO, MCDONALD.

Wednesday 11:00am - 6:30pm
Thursday - Saturday 6:00am-6:00pm
*Prior Tyson members have a minimum rehire waiting period of 180 days.
