Position Highlights and Benefits:
Hybrid schedule: 1-2 day in office 3-4 at home

Qualifications:
JD from an accredited law school, active California Bar membership in good standing.
Minimum of 5 years of mass torts litigation experience.
Extensive deposition experience
Strong Law & Motion
Demonstrated experience with civil litigation in federal and state courts.
Core Responsibilities:
Develop case strategies and actively manage a diverse caseload.
Independently handle court hearings, including drafting complaints, discovery, and motions.
Collaborate on trial preparations and communicate effectively with clients and witnesses.
Conduct depositions
