Key Responsibilities:
Draft and file pleadings, discovery documents, and judicial forms.
Manage attorneys' calendars, depositions, hearings, and trial dates.
Handle document management, client communication, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate meetings and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures.
Qualifications:
3+ years of California litigation experience (state and federal, including e-filings).
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and document management systems.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
