Process permits and supporting documents for residential and commercial building projects.
Provide first point of contact for walk-in customers.
Respond to businesses and contractor's inquiries by phone, fax, email, and in-person.
Process mail and walk-in requests from customers.
Assist with the office with a variety of administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, mail distribution, incoming phone calls, etc.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Three years of administrative work experience
Professional communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Pay Range: $23-25/hr.
Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8am - 4:30pm
Location: 100% in-office
Length: 3-month contract
