Opportunities exist for motivated Registered Respiratory Therapists (and Certified Respiratory Therapy Technicians) with the skills to provide a high level of quality service in a variety of settings including the ED, Trauma and Critical Care.
Summary:
Assists respiratory therapists with preparing for and providing patient care by ensuring that equipment and supplies are available for use.
Responsibilities:
Cleans equipment with hospital approved disinfectant. Sends certain reusable items to sterile processing department (SPD) for processing.Delivers, prepares and adjusts respiratory therapy equipment and supplies.Monitors, receives, stocks, and distributes respiratory care supplies and medical gas cylinders. Maintains storage areas with required supply levels and equipment.
