Our client, a prominent global law firm, seeks a dynamic, versatile Director of People Operations to join their team in their White Plains office. The ideal candidate possesses experience within a law firm, overseeing payroll and benefits as well as streamlining HR operations. Keys aspects of this role will include designing and implementing a shared services model for HR, managing resources to optimize operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance in regards to administering financially responsible benefits programs. Experience with UKG, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, and strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with employees across all levels are all characteristics that will allow someone to excel in this position. Bachelors' degree, required.
Law firm experience, strongly preferred.
8+ years of HR leadership experience managing a shared services team including HR Operations, Payroll, and Benefits.
Strong communication skills and an ability to operate within a dynamic work environment managing multiple projects.
The salary range for this role is $170k-$200k.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
