Our client is a higher education institute in Boston Ma and they are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager with experience in Student Information Systems for a 12+ month contract role.
This role requires 3 days a week onsite in Boston with the other 2 remote. We offer Health, Dental and Vision benefits to our contracted employees.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in higher education or with enterprise systems like Workday.
Strong understanding of student information systems (SIS) and their role in enhancing the student experience.
Proven experience managing or integrating with Banner ERP systems or similar
Familiarity with Financial Aid regulations, processes, and systems.
Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Experience managing technical teams and vendors.
PMP or other relevant project management certification preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
Prior experience with Workday Student or other student information systems.
Familiarity with higher education processes and requirements.
Hands-on experience with Banner ERP, especially in Financial Aid operations and data management.
