General Duties:

Invoicing all deliveries through Quickbooks Online

Entering pallet counts in multiple Google Sheets and Excel Spreadsheets

Entering bills for pallets in Quickbooks Online to be paid

Processing journal entries

Process deposits via remote deposit and entering in Quickbooks Online

Initiate positive pay reports

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
