Alternate Perspectives, Incorporated (API) has an immediate opening for a Human Resource Manager. You will be a part of the nation’s most successful youth training and education program, Job Corps, for the past 60 years.
As the Job Corps Human Resource Manager, you will be directly supervising staff with in the HR department (if applicable). In addition, you will be responsible for the overall management of human resources. This will include matters such as personnel and benefits administration, hiring and oboarding, staff training, equal opportunity and affirmative action, and volunteer programs in compliance with federal, state and local laws, Department of Labor (DOL) and Alternate Perspectives, Inc. (API) directives. Lastly, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of organizational expectations in addition to accuracy of work submitted.

Education/Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and three years related experience, two of which must be supervisory. Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements. Experience working with youth, excellent written and verbal communication and computer proficiency required. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
