Kforce has a client that is seeking a UX Designer in Duluth, GA.

Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic UX Designer to join our team and contribute to the creation of high-quality prototypes and user interface screens for Pega Sales Automation. This role will focus initially on utilizing Pega's UI Toolkit, with the opportunity to transition to Pega Constellation as the project progresses.

Duties Include:

• Design and create clickable prototypes and UI screens for Pega Sales Automation, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with user needs


• Focus on leveraging Pega's UI Toolkit for initial prototypes, then transitioning to Pega Constellation as the project matures


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders, to translate business requirements into user-centered designs


• Engage with the Salesforce team to collect feedback on prototypes, ensuring designs are embedded into the team's workflows


• Utilize Pega App Studio and Live UI Tool for rapid prototyping and user testing


• Create and iterate on design assets and screens that adhere to Pega Cosmos Design System for consistency and best practices


• Ensure designs are user-friendly, accessible, and support the overall business goals of the organization


• Provide support in embedding the prototypes into the Salesforce environment, ensuring seamless interaction for the team


• Maintain close collaboration with the team, ensuring maximum overlap of working hours with the team for efficient communication and feedback

REQUIREMENTS:

• The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of UX design principles


• Proficiency in Figma


• Hands-on experience working within Pega's design ecosystem

Preferred Skills:

• Proven experience in designing and creating user interfaces and prototypes, with a strong portfolio showcasing Pega-based or similar design projects


• Proficiency in Figma for creating high-fidelity clickable prototypes and design systems


• Strong understanding of Pega UI Toolkit and familiarity with Pega Constellation for more advanced design features


• Solid experience with Pega App Studio, Live UI Tool, and Cosmos Design System


• Ability to engage with diverse teams and gather feedback to refine and improve user experience designs


• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving


• Ability to integrate Pega prototypes within Salesforce workflows is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
