What you will do:
Learn the process to produce closures learning from all areas of the production area
Supervise employees in the production of closures ensuring product quality, food safety, safety compliance and awareness, and teamwork
Learn and apply written safety procedures and observe work areas
Learn and apply SPC sources and basic quality tools such as diagrams, flow, run, control charts, testing, etc.
Learn and train in procedures to maximize productivity throughout. Manage equipment, enforce SOP's and standards
Develop, supervise and mentor employees. Direct and assign work, administer labor contract and compliance. Foster a positive workplace and communicate effectively

What you will need to have:
Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
Preferred experience in a union environment
Associate or bachelor's degree strongly preferred
Excellent computer and communication skills
