As part of our growth strategy, Albireo Energy is currently looking for a Service Account Executive who will be responsible for profitable and aggressive sales growth in our Tampa area. The Service Account Executive should have experience in owner direct sales , preferably selling value based service agreements.
Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify and close new opportunities within our existing customer sites and new for new service contracts or a broader scope of service on existing accounts.
Perform field surveys, estimate material and labor costs for service agreements
Partner with Service Department to grow existing relationships and look for referrals for new work.
Analyze and target strategic accounts, leverage existing relationships to capitalize on market share growth.
Set meetings with customers, identify opportunities, sell Albireo Energy's capabilities.
Attend sales meetings and training seminars.
Team sale with other sales executives.
Achieve new service agreement goals.
Manage sales activity and forecast sales opportunities in CRM.
Requirements
Proven success in the selling service within the HVAC/BMS fields
3+ years of experience in sales in the building automation field.
Understanding of building HVAC systems and the application of controls.
Must embrace use of CRM tool for pipeline and activity management.
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Salary Range: $90k-$110k base DOE.
