About the role:

As a Recruiting Coordinator for TQL, you will provide operational, and systems support to the Recruiting teams. You will contribute to the overall success of the Recruiting teams by providing a high level of customer service and administrative support, managing applicants in the ATS, and tracking the completion of pre-employment compliance.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work closely with the recruiting staff in all aspects of hiring and recruiting functions
  • Manage applicants in the Applicant Tracking System
  • Work in multiple systems to assign applicants to the appropriate recruiters
  • Generate and distribute all daily, weekly, and specialized reports
  • Respond to general emails and tickets in a timely manner
  • Order and track background checks and employment verifications via online vendor

  • Experience in a role requiring high attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork and organization skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple functions and manage work time efficiently
  • Self-directed problem solver with proven ability to contribute in a high-paced, changing environment
  • Strong verbal communication skills – face to face and over the phone
  • Self-directed, ability to take ownership of responsibilities and see tasks through to completion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
