POSITION SUMMARY:

Our client is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Technical Program Manager for an onsite role in Redmond, WA.



Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Software Engineers to deliver compelling, user-focused products.
  • Collaborate with other M365 engineering teams to ensure full-stack alignment.
  • Perform code and design reviews that guarantee code quality and that allow our members to learn and grow their expertise.
  • Contribute to team-wide fundamentals/infrastructure investments.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related area AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C, C++, C#, or Python
  • 4+ years professional experience with frontend engineering using React or a similar frontend framework like Angular.
  • 4+ years of coding, debugging, problem-solving skills and maintaining code in object-oriented languages

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Solid problem-solving skills, great teamwork, and most importantly, passion for UX.
  • Ability to communicate technical details clearly.
  • Proven track record of building reliable, well-tested applications with significant direct technical contribution.
  • Familiarity with Agile and iterative development processes.
  • Enjoy learning and ramping up on new technologies quickly.
  • Commitment to data-driven decision-making.

  • A competitive pay range of $55 -57/hr(depending on experience).
  • Position location : Onsite - Redmond, WA
  • 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).
  • 9 paid holidays per year (which includes 1 personal floating holiday).
