Compensation Range
Hourly: $29.30 - $44.70 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)
About This Job
The main purpose of this job is to guide efforts that drive an overall training strategy for both onboarding and ongoing training of Sales professionals in the Commercial segment. This involves the design, development and facilitation of blended learning solutions including classroom and virtual training, eLearning and other training content to reinforce overall learning and development objectives. The person in this role will be certified in the facilitation of the Consultative Selling methodology and framework within twelve months of hire.
Essential Functions
Support the design, development and delivery of sales training for client -facing sales roles across Commercial and Small Business Teams
Facilitate both large and small groups in both a classroom or in a virtual environment
Design and create classroom and online learning slide content
Gather and assess learning requirements to provide recommendations based on adult learning principles
Collect and incorporate stakeholder feedback
Assist with consulting efforts on strategies for change and training efforts that impact Commercial sales teams
Track pre-training and post-training measurements and attendance data to monitor behavior changes as a result of training
Coordinate training logistics and materials
Support and align with the internal Consultative Selling and Developmental Coaching facilitation team
Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with strong presentation skills to be able present both in person and virtually

Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required
3+ years training facilitation, instructional design, and development experience required
4+ years banking and/or financial services experience required
1+ years business to business sales experience required
Consultative Selling Methodology and Framework certification to be obtained within 12 months of hire required
Delivery of training programs within a corporate environment preferred
