Responsibilities

The Analyst, International Pricing will work closely with the Manager, International Pricing to support the creation and maintenance of pricing programs and client pricing agreements. The Analyst, International Pricing will demonstrate the ability to use critical and strategic thinking to implement new processes, resolve discrepancies, and fill gaps. The focus of this role includes maintenance of existing pricing programs and client pricing agreements, support for expansion of existing International programs, support in the development of new International programs, as well as maintenance and distribution of International pricing files and documents.

Although candidates from various US locations would be considered, it is preferred that candidates be located in Richmond, VA, Atlanta, GA, Chicago, IL, St.Paul/Minneapolis, MN, Florida or Texas.

  • Ensure FMC compliance in all actions and record keeping.
  • Collaborate in the development of pricing programs.
  • Collaborate in the development of client pricing agreements.
  • Collaborate in developing new pricing programs and strategies through research, data mining, and statistical analysis.
  • Initiate email communication to our internal and international partner network.
  • Communicate with internal and external EFW partners.
  • Implement and maintain client pricing agreements.
  • Implement and maintain pricing programs and strategies.
  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and action as needed to ensure current and accurate data.
  • Ensure data is consistent between key reports and CargoWise: key and update shipment information within key reports and CargoWise as needed.
  • Upload and maintain server files for the internal network.
  • Upload and maintain server files for internal and external clients.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of industry-related terminology.
  • Participate in monthly International pricing meetings.
  • Comply with company C-TPAT and TSA security procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 0-2 years of experience. Intermediate understanding of logistics and transportation terminology and practices. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
