Job Summary


OBE is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager for the Glass & Glazing Systems business. This key individual will focus on increasing the productivity and effectiveness of a company’s sales force through the development and implementation of sales processes, training programs, tools, and strategies. They work closely with sales teams and other departments to ensure that sales professionals have the necessary knowledge, skills, and resources to be successful.


 


 


Here’s What You’ll Get To Do



  • Collaborating with sales leadership to define sales processes, objectives, and strategies

  • Developing and implementing training programs and materials that focus on process adherence, selling skills, product knowledge, and market understanding needed by the sales team

  • Creating and maintaining documentation on sales processes, policies, and best practices

  • Coordinating with marketing teams to ensure alignment in messaging and materials

  • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance and adjusting strategies as needed to improve results

  • Identifying and implementing sales enablement tools and technologies that can improve efficiency and effectiveness

  • Establishing metrics and tracking the impact of sales enablement initiatives on sales performance

  • Communicating updates, successes, and areas of improvement to senior leadership

  • Ensuring that sales teams are informed about and compliant with industry regulations and company policies

  • Leading ongoing training sessions and providing coaching to sales team members


 


Here’s What We’re Looking For



  • Proven work experience as a Sales Enablement Manager or similar role

  • Experience in sales training and coaching

  • Strong understanding of sales processes and dynamics

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills

  • Ability to analyze sales data and draw actionable insights

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Proficiency in sales enablement technologies

  • BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field



  • Remote role with the ability to travel as needed - target 20%



  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, complex environment

  • Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once

  • Critical thinking and problem solving are imperative skills for success

  • Collaborative, team-oriented personality with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships

  • High level of computer, Microsoft Office, and CRM skills and acumen
