The Associate Manager, Third Party Brands works closely with the Director of Digital Partnerships to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of the online digital partnership strategy to sell third party brands on landsend.com. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring operational excellence, driving sales growth, and maintaining alignment with Lands’ End’s overall strategy and brand integrity.
Operational Management & Process Development:
Develop, manage, and implement efficient processes to oversee daily operations related to third-party digital partnerships.
Ensure website accuracy, including product placement and assortment visibility, maintaining a seamless customer experience.
Monitor and manage business performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Assortment Planning & Sales Strategy:
Collaborate with the Director to curate third-party product assortments that align with strategic goals and drive incremental sales.
Conduct weekly sales analysis to evaluate the performance of third-party assortments, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.
Ensure third-party product selections complement Lands’ End’s core offerings, in collaboration with core Merchants, to avoid cannibalization of sales.
Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration:
Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, ensuring clear and effective communication around business opportunities, terms, and goals.
Negotiate costs and terms with vendors to maximize profitability and ensure alignment with Lands’ End’s objectives.
Partner internally with merchandising, marketing, and other key teams to integrate third-party offerings seamlessly.
Customer Support & Issue Resolution:
Serve as a key point of contact for Customer Care Team, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues related to third-party products on the website.
Financial Reconciliation & Vendor Payments:
Regularly review and reconcile costs associated with third-party partnerships, investigating discrepancies and approving vendor payments as needed.
Future Growth & Strategic Exploration:
Research and evaluate opportunities to onboard licensed and third-party marketplace partners to landsend.com.
Partner with the Director to explore and implement new integration strategies for expanding the third-party partnership ecosystem.
Skills
Strong analytical skills with experience in sales analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain vendor relationships.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with eCommerce platforms and analytics tools is a plus.
Takes initiative to achieve positive outcomes for team and business.
Strong collaboration skills across key business partners.

Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital partnerships, merchandising, or a similar role.
