Full Wage Range: $68,000-$75,000 annually
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Drives census by initiating and conducting marketing calls to discharge planners and outside representatives. Answers telephone inquiries, sends out community collateral, and makes follow-up calls to prospective residents or referral sources.
2. Conducts tours, home visits, and assessments offering an overview of the services, lifestyle convenience. and benefits of the community in compliance with PACS sales processes, policies, and philosophy.
3. Establishes and maintains professional relationships with referral sources such as physicians, hospitals, long-term care facilities, and assisted living communities.
4. Visits and conducts presentations at doctors' offices, senior centers, clinics, and organizations for seniors, distributing sales and collateral literature.
5. Partners with Executive Director (ED) and Regional Sales Support to develop and execute community marketing strategy. Conducts the activities delineated in the marketing plan in a timely and budget conscious manner.
6. Completes and maintains appropriate database documentation and paperwork and keeps ED and key stake holders up to date on inquiries, tours, outreach plans, reserved and occupied units, and move-ins and move-outs. prepares and distributes marketing reports timely and accurately.
7. Represents PACS and the community in welcoming prospective residents, family members, referral sources, and the public in a positive, helpful and caring manner demonstrating company mission and philosophy.
8. Completes competitive market analysis and competitive positioning analysis every six months or as requested.
9. Attends business and community events where referral sources, prospective residents, care givers, and their advisors are in attendance.
10. Ensures that the marketing area, model rooms, and general appearance of the community are clean, safe, orderly, and decorated in a pleasing and professional manner.
11. Creatively addresses the needs and desires of prospective residents in a manner that protects their dignity and allows for personal resident choice.
12. Participates as part of the leadership team by actively contributing in problem solving, decision making, center and company-wide initiatives and attending leadership team meetings.
13. Establishes flexibility in the work schedule to accommodate scheduling appointments with prospective residents and participating in marketing and community events.
14. Maintains professional knowledge of industry trends and best practices through continuing professional education, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
15. Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay: $68,000-$75,000 annually depending on experience and education.
The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
