Pay Rate: $42.00 - $45.00 per hour

Job Summary:
- Collect, analyze, and summarize data to support business decisions.
- Identify opportunities for data reuse across the enterprise and validate data sources.
- Stay updated on new tools, technologies, and functionalities.
- Collaborate with customers, vendors, business analysts, and development teams to resolve information flow and content issues.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance through data profiling and validations.
- Facilitate client meetings to gather and document requirements and explore solutions.
- Gather data and reporting requirements, detect patterns, and produce simple reports.
- Analyze and document business requirements and processes, and communicate these through conceptual data and process models.
- Work with various teams to define needs and facilitate solutions.
- Provide input for system modifications and develop business specifications.
- Create test scenarios and plans to verify client requirements in system design.
- Assist in analyzing testing results and coordinating business analyst tasks on IT projects.
- Provide support and escalation response for production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Offer on-call second-level escalation response for client issues.
- Assist in providing time estimates for project tasks.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely delivery of all functional artifacts and deliverables.
Skills/Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Good understanding of HIPAA data privacy and security requirements.
- Ability to work flexibly and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Healthcare experience, including knowledge of EDI transactions, Medicare, Medicaid, commercial products, and ACA.
- Experience in data warehousing and Data Mart environments.
- Expertise with Oracle database, including SQL/PL SQL, indexing, partitioning, views, materialized views, performance tuning, and optimization.
- Understanding of Star Schema, Snowflake, and Data Warehouse methodologies like Bill Inmon and Ralph Kimball.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience with UNIX operating systems and Oracle database.
- Strong knowledge of modern software engineering approaches in design, build, test, debugging, and ongoing technical support.
- Experience with FACETS, IKA, PEGA, and Windows and UNIX operating systems.
- 3 years of applicable experience in a healthcare setting.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required.
