Job Title: Senior Product Owner
Location: Charlotte, NC
Team Objective:
- Deliver and support the Swift Core Services Product and manage the ISO 2022 transformation.
- Transition legacy Swift message types to ISO 2022 messages, adhering to industry mandates extending through 2026.
- Ensure compliance with these mandates and execute plans to meet them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee product delivery from conception to launch, collaborating closely with operations technology.
- Manage product lifecycle, including requirement gathering, prioritization, and backlog maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with senior management, providing high-level updates and presentations.
- Apply Agile principles to product delivery processes.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in Product Management and Ownership.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Proven experience in requirement writing and prioritization.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly with senior leadership.
- Background in banking and payments, with knowledge of Swift and ISO 2022 being a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated leadership in driving initiatives, programs, and projects.
- Experience in data mapping and writing Agile stories.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
