Description: Our client is currently seeking an expert Full Stack Java Developer with experience in ReactJS, strong focus on utilizing NoSQL databases.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust applications that leverage cloud-based (AWS) technologies and interact seamlessly with NoSQL, Oracle databases.
Design, code, test, and debug Java applications that adhere to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
Utilize a variety of AWS services, such as AWS Lambda, Amazon EC2, Amazon S3, AWS RDS, and Amazon DynamoDB, to build and deploy scalable applications in the cloud.
Architect and develop microservices-based applications using Java and AWS services, ensuring modularity, independence, and scalability.
Design and optimize databases within AWS using services like Amazon RDS or DynamoDB, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
Conduct code reviews and offer constructive feedback to peers.
Identify and address performance bottlenecks in both front-end and back-end components, ensuring optimal application speed and responsiveness.
Create and execute unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to verify the correctness and reliability of the application. Debug and resolve issues as they arise.
Work closely with cross-functional teams
Qualifications & Requirements:
Location- Chicago (hybrid work schedule)
5+yrs enterprise development experience
CS degree or relevant work history
Banking/Financial background a plus
