Key Responsibilities:
• Develops meeting agendas and presentations, schedules and runs meetings as necessary.
• Participates in the development of data management procedures, performs quality assurance methodologies; analyzes results and identifies improvement opportunities; works with business divisions to understand data management needs and translates them into requirements.
• Provides analytical support for the data management function and supports management. Analytical assignments may include developing metrics to track performance, generating reports and dashboards, budget monitoring, analysis, and other Division and Bank needs.
• Coordinates project efforts by planning and executing on consulting engagements; project scope may be complex and sensitive in nature; interacts with cross-functional business area teams, in completing project deliverables.
• Participates in District and System-level data management work group activities.
• Maintains a high level of working knowledge regarding data management and data governance industry practices, data privacy, and information technology concepts.
• May serve as subject matter expert on a variety of data management related topics and provide performance feedback as requested. Responsibilities may include assisting in the inventory, evaluation, and recommendation of proper data management practices, assisting in writing procedures and providing user training.
• Complies with all policies, standards, and industry best practices.
