A Day in the Life

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented AdministrativeProject Coordinator to oversee front desk operations and contribute to the management and coordination of facilities-related projects at our Boston, MA location. The ideal candidate will be proactive, collaborative, and able to provide exceptional service in both project coordinator and front desk support. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you'll be an integral part of the Facilities team.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating facilities-related tasks, ensuring timelines, budgets, and resources are effectively managed.


  • Front Desk Management: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and vendors at the Boston office, creating a welcoming and professional environment.


  • Event Support: Help coordinate on-site meetings, events, and other special activities by arranging necessary resources, including room setups and catering.


  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and Operations to support the needs of the facility and its users.


  • Document Management: Assist in managing records, files, and other administrative tasks related to facilities operations and project documentation.


  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to all safety standards, facility-related protocols, and local regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • 2+ years of related experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience in a corporate or healthcare environment.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.

  • Customer-focused with a positive, service-oriented attitude.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$45,600 - $68,400

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
