Responsibilities: The Inventory Control Supervisor / Team Leader will supervise and support the overall logistic processes. As the Inventory Control Supervisor / Team Leader you develop and enforce departmental standards of logistic support to ensure people and processes meet customers satisfaction and company objectives.
Job Type: 1st shift Full-Time located in Huntingdon TN, our newest plant!

Supervise logistics department to mentor team members and to plan and execute future department needsCommunicate and work closely with external logistics providers to meet or exceed requirementsManage responses to logistical problems and plan appropriate solutionsLead internal trending analysis of logistics and communicate results and actions for improvementsKnowledge resource for quantity and quality of parts before, during and after shippingBachelors degree and minimum two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferredOutstanding communications and interpersonal skillsMulti-tasking abilities with sense of urgency
