A day in the life.



As our Claims Specialist on the Business Insurance team, you'll provide prompt, accurate and courteous service in accordance with proscribed claims and customer service requirements. Serve as an advocate for and liaison with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) involved in claim resolution. Knowledge in both Workers Compensation and Liability disciplines with primary focus on Workers Compensation Claims.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.


• Six to ten years' multi-line claims experience.


• Valid MO Producer's License Required (may be obtained post-hire)

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Risk Management or related field.


• Three to five years' commercial lines agency experience.
